Access to portions of the Secondaries.io Network attributable to another User with whom you are not affiliated is absolutely prohibited under any circumstances. You should always follow all reasonable procedures and requirements established by Secondaries.io to verify the authenticity of Users, restrict each User's access and use to their permitted level, protect Secondaries.io Network from infection or attack by a virus, worm, or other malware, or by hackers, and otherwise maintain the security and stability of Secondaries.io Network.
Although we believe that we maintain adequate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards in place to protect all Personal Information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee that only authorised persons will view your information or that information you share on Secondaries.io Network will not become publicly available.
Users may be denied online access to their account information or some investment information unless they submit a username and password. A personal identification number ("PIN") may also be required to complete a financial transaction.

Secondaries.io Network may include links to websites that are not affiliated with or maintained by us, such as third-party sites that display Secondaries.io logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, trade dress, or other proprietary indicia. We do not monitor the privacy practices of these third-party sites and have no influence over them.
