All environments within Secondaries.io Network are for the exclusive use of adults, age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13, nor are our services directed in any way towards minors.

The underlying software cannot be authorised. You may only access the Secondaries.io Network portions relevant to your User account, which are accessible via your dedicated username and password. Access to portions of the Secondaries.io Network attributable to another User with whom you are not affiliated is absolutely prohibited under any circumstances. You should always follow all reasonable procedures and requirements established by Secondaries.io to verify the authenticity of Users, restrict each User's access and use to their permitted level, protect Secondaries.io Network from infection or attack by a virus, worm, or other malware, or by hackers, and otherwise maintain the security and stability of Secondaries.io Network.

    2. Although we believe that we maintain adequate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards in place to protect all Personal Information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee that only authorised persons will view your information or that information you share on Secondaries.io Network will not become publicly available.

    3. Users may be denied online access to their account information or some investment information unless they submit a username and password. A personal identification number ("PIN") may also be required to complete a financial transaction.

    4. As a User, you are solely responsible for maintaining your password, PIN, and other account information secure. You are solely responsible for the activities that occur as a result of their use, and as such, you should take precautions to keep them from being abused. We have no duty to inquire about the legitimacy or propriety of any instructions communicated to us using your passwords or other security data, and we are entitled to execute on any such instructions.

    5. To optimise your degree of security, use at least 8 characters that are a combination of letters, numbers, and characters.

    6. You shall promptly notify a Secondaries.io representative if you become aware of any unauthorised use, loss, or theft of your username, password, PIN, or other account information.

    7. User data transmitted over Secondaries.io Network may employ the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, and data on some pages of Secondaries.io Network may be encrypted. Users may be unable to access some account or customization features of Secondaries.io Network if such technology is used on a certain page unless their Web browser software supports such encryption.

EXTERNAL LINKS

Secondaries.io Network may include links to websites that are not affiliated with or maintained by us, such as third-party sites that display Secondaries.io logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, trade dress, or other proprietary indicia. We do not monitor the privacy practices of these third-party sites and have no influence over them. As a result, we assume no responsibility for the content or data collection policies and procedures of these websites. We cannot guarantee that your privacy will be safeguarded in the same manner as it is on Secondaries.io Network if you access any of these third-party sites.

REVIEWING, CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

WARNING ABOUT FRAUDULENT EMAILS

There have been fraud cases connected with the scam known as “phishing”. The scam involves unsolicited emails and/or fraudulent websites to mislead consumers into providing sensitive personal information such as usernames and passwords.  If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your Personal Information and you have a doubt as to its authenticity, do not respond.
